I’m not in the UK, so sometimes it feels like you’re kind of trapped with very limited options for getting certain bottles. Master of Malt made it easy though. The delivery choices were clear, and my bottle showed up without any drama. Shipping took a bit, but that’s expected with international orders. It was packed really well too. I’d definitely use them again.

"Tracking seemed accurate"
I’m not always great at keeping an eye on deliveries, so maybe I was just checking it more than usual, but the tracking updates were really clear the whole way. I pretty much knew when it was going to show up, and it ended up arriving right around when it said it would.

I always feel like that means the whole shop is probably decent, even though I guess it’s just checkout. Either way, it was smooth and I’d use it again.

I used a promo voucher on masterofmalt.com, I think it was last week or maybe the week before, and it all worked fine. The discount popped up in the basket straight away and checkout was straightforward. The order confirmation came through quickly too. Always nice when a voucher actually works first time without having to mess around. No issues from my side, would use again.

"Really easy to manage my account"
I had to update my details and sort out an old order in my account, and it was all straightforward. Everything was easy to find and there wasnt any hassle. Even logging in worked fine, which should be normal but a lot of sites still make it annoying. Overall, Im happy with it.

"I’ve used Master of Malt a few times..."
I’ve used Master of Malt a few times now, and overall the product pages are helpful. The tasting notes, bottle size, strength, and country details are all easy to spot, so it doesn’t feel like you’re just guessing when choosing something.

The only reason I wouldn’t go for 5 stars is that some of them could do with a bit more detail, like age info or clearer photos of the front and back labels. Still, compared with plenty of other drinks sites, it’s clear, useful, and easy to get around
